What does customer service mean to you? The support, assistance, and advice provided to customers, both before and after they purchase. It's about ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering a positive experience, which can lead to customer loyalty and business growth.

What are some fun facts about yourself? Middle child, scuba diver, relax by cooking.

What is your favorite food? A nice steak or BBQ

Do you have any pets? Two Labrador Retrievers, Tess and Clancy

What are some of your hobbies? Duck hunting, turkey hunting, golfing, snow skiing, cooking, riding horses

What are some things you love? I love my family! My wife, Megan and my two dogs.

What are some bucket list items? Traveling to New Zealand and Ireland, Turkey Grand Slam, Visit all 50 States
